Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 lb smoked sausage sliced into 1/2 in medallions
- 1 qt milk
- 1 16oz can cream style corn
- 1 10 1/2oz can cream of potato soup
- 1 tbsp tabasco sauce
- 1 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup parsley

Preparation
Step 1
In a large pot, melt butter. Add flour and blend thoroughly. Add onions and smoked sausage; saute mixture over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add next 5 ingredients, cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. If desired, before serving sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
