CRUNCHY ONION BACON POTATOES

  • 6 cups prepared mashed potatoes
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups FRENCH'S French fried onions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Layer half of the potatoes in an 8-inch square baking dis, sprinkle with half the bacon, 1 cup cheese and 1 cup French Fried Onons. Top with remaining potatoes.

Bake 20 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining bacon, cheese and onions. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
