Lemon Garlic Chicken

This recipe is from my friend Ann Robinson. She and I started collecting our recipes in our "recipe boxes" together. This is delicious, quck and an easy way to make boneless skinless chicken breast. It has great flavor, comes our moist, and has been made in our house thousands of times.

Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, or veggie salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chiken breasts

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients for the basting sauce together in a small bowl. Add the chicken, stir and let marinade for about 30 minutes or longer in the refrigerator. Broil chicken on high for about 10 minutes on each side, brushing frequently with sauce.
