Easy Peach/Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 2 cans drained peaches or 2 cups fresh sliced peaches (skin removed)
  • 1-2 cups blueberries (fresh if possible)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
  • Butter

Step 1

Mix sliced peaches and berries together and place them in a greased 9 x 13 pan or a square casserole dish. I use canned peaches if I can't get fresh. Make sure the peaches are well drained. Use at least 3/4 of the boxed cake mix and sprinkle on top of fruit. Place pats of butter (real) over the top and bake at 350 for 35 minutes until brown and bubbly. Serve with vanilla ice cream. Delish!

*If you have an old cast iron skillet, this makes this cobbler extra delicious!
