Ingredients
- 4 (1/4 lb.) boneless pork loin chops, trimmed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- small onion
- 1 (5-6 oc.) bag baby spinach
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream

Step 1
Pound the chops to 1/4 inch thickness. Season with salt and pepper.
Oil pan and set over medium heat. Add chops and cook until browned and cooked through. Transfer to plate and keep warm.
Add the broth to skillet, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Stir in the onion and spinach. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 1 minute.
Stir in the sour cream and paprika.; cook until heated through. Slip chops and any juices into sauce, stir well until blended.
