Ingredients
- 1(10 ounce) package1 (10 ounce) package frozen or fresh chopped spinach
- 2cans2 cans chicken broth
- 19 oz package1 9 oz package tortellini cheese-broccoli
- 1/4tablespoon1/4 tablespoon dried basil
- 1/4tablespoon1/4 tablespoon garlic powder, salt and pepper
- 22 chopped carrots
- 11 onion sautéed
- options to add
- 1can1 can chicken soup
- 1can1 can diced tomatoes with oregano and basil

Step 1
In a large pot combine spinach, carrots, onion and chicken broth heat to boiling reduce heat to low
cooked the tortellini separate as package directions
add cooked tortellini to spinach and chicken broth mixture
I cooked the tortellini to keep it from getting thick by cooking it with
the spinach and chicken broth.
