Grandmother's Pumpkin Pound Cake

Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups (1 can) pumpkin
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar, eggs, and oil in medium size bowl. Then add the pumpkin and mix well. Mix flour and add other dry ingredients. Sift twice and add to first mixture. Bake in tube pan that has been greased and floured. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees then reduce heat to 275 degrees and bake an additional 30 minutes.
