Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cinammon
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 small can drained pineapple
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 3 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Blend sugar and oil, beat in eggs, one at a time. Combine dry ingredients and sift. Add to egg mixture. Add vanilla, pineapple and carrots. Blend in nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan.
Frosting:
Cream butter with cream cheese. Add milk and gradually beat in confectioners sugar. Add vanilla.
