Spinach Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients
- 2-10 oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
- 1-14 oz. artichokes, chopped and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1-8 oz. sour cream
- 2 t. flour
- 1 T. parsley
- 1/4 t. worch. sauce
- 1 T. butter
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 2 c. Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Melt butter; add mushrooms and next 3 ingredients. Saute mushrooms slightly; then add to spinach mixture. Add cheese until well blended. Bake in a 9x13 greased pan at 400 for 30 minutes.
