Tuna Noodle Casserole

  • 1 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 10.75oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1 6oz can tuna, drained & flaked
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 8 oz pasta, elbows or sea shells, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup crushed potato chips


Servings 8


Step 1

In 2 qt saucepan, over medium heat, melt margarine. Add onion, cook 3 minutes. Stir in soup, milk, worcestershire sauce, mustard and pepper. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese until smooth. Add tuna and cheese. Stir in sea shells and pour into a 2qt casserole dish. Sprinkle potato chips on top. Bake @ 350F for 25-30 minutes.
