Ingredients
- 1 medium potato, diced
- 4 medium carrots. diced
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 small head cauliflower
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups water
- 4 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 1 tsp. beef bouillon
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 3/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup grated medium cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the first 5 ingredients in saucepan. Cook until vegetables are done. Do not drain. Remove from heat.
Stir in next 8 ingredients. Puree.
