Ingredients

    cups finely shredded green cabbage

  • 1

    cup finely shredded red cabbage

  • 1

    medium-size Granny Smith apple, cut into thin strips

  • ¾

    cup loosely packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves

  • 2

    tablespoons Fresh Lemon Vinaigrette

  • Fresh Lemon Vinaigrette

  • 3

    tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1

    teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1

    teaspoon sugar

  • 1

    large garlic clove, pressed

    teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Directions

Toss together green cabbage, red cabbage, apple, parsley, and Fresh Lemon Vinaigrette. Fresh Lemon Vinaigrette Whisk together lemon juice, Dijon mustard, sugar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add olive oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking constantly, until blended. Serve immediately, or store in refrigerator up to 1 week. Bring to room temperature, and whisk until blended before serving.
