  • 1/8 cup egg beaters
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup sugar (1/2 to 1 cup)
  • 1 cup bananas mashed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup 1% low-fat buttermilk
  • 1 cup grape-nuts

Step 1
