  • 1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mashed banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cake flour
  • 2/3 cup Splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 1/4 cups Fiber One Honey Clusters cereal, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
