Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 - 20 oz can crushed pineapple in its own juice
- 3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 box (18.25 oz) yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup margarine, cut into pieces
- 1 cup chopped nuts, optional
- 1/4 cup sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 deg.
Pour the crushed pineapple, including the juice, over the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish. Place the blueberries over the pineapple and sprinkle with the sugar.
In a medium bowl, place the cake mix and cut the margarine into the mix until it resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle the cake mixture over the fruit in the dish. Top with the chopped nuts, if you like, and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the top is bubbly and the cake tests done. Cool before serving.
