Pineapple Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon OLD BAY® Seasoning, divided
- 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/3 cup red onion, chopped
- lettuce, your choice

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to boil. Add shrimp and 1 teaspoon OLD BAY. Cover. Cook 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Drain.
Mix shrimp, remaining 2 teaspoons OLD BAY and next 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Cover.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
Tips
Use reduced fat mayo to save 100 calories and 12 g fat per serving.
