Ingredients
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c sour cream
- 1 zest & juice of 1 lemon
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 t salt
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 t pepper
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c mint
- garlic clove, halved
- 1-1/2 1-1/2 1-1/2 lb scallops
- 2 2 2 T olive oil
- S&P
- radicchio & endive
- 2 2 2 avocados

Preparation
Step 1
Mix dressing. Rub garlic on bowl; add scallops, oil, S&P. Broil scallops. Assemble salad w/extra mint for garnish.
