Ingredients

    (12.5-oz) can Kirkland Signature Chicken Breast, drained, or 2 (7-oz) cans Kirkland Signature Albacore Tuna, drained

    hard boiled eggs, coarsely chopped

  • 2

    celery stalks, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)

  • 1

    tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon

  • 20

    red seedless grapes, cut in half, divided

  • 20

    green seedless grapes, cut in half, divided

  • 1

    teaspoon grated lemon zest

  • 2

    tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 2

    tablespoons sour cream

  • 3

    tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2

    teaspoon salt

  • 4

    cups shredded cabbage

Directions

In a bowl, combine tuna, eggs, celery, tarragon and 3/4 of the grapes. Toss with a fork. In another bowl, whisk lemon zest, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and salt. Add to the salad and toss to coat. Place one cup of shredded cabbage on each plate. Top with one fourth chicken or tuna salad. Garnish with the remaining grapes.
