Zucchini Parmesan

Ingredients
- 2 Medium Zucchini Sliced Crosswise 1/4"
- 1 Medium Onion thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp Freshly Granted Parmeson Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle 2 Tbsp of Water to a 9 x 13 inch glass oven proof dish.
Layer Zucchini and Onion in glass dish.
Drizzle Oil over vegetables in dish.
Season with Salt and Pepper.
Sprinkle with Parmeson Cheese over mixture.
Bake in pre-heated 375 degrees oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until Zucchini is tender and brown.
