Cheesy Shrimp Dip

A party isn't a party without a hot and bubbly-cheesy shrimp dip for dipping your favorite dippers!

Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2/3 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled, deveined and coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup green onion, sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Parmesan, shredded
- 1 cup Mozzarella, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Assorted crackers, for servings

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium pan, melt butter, add red pepper and cook 3 minutes.
Stir in shrimp and green onion, cook 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
Stir in sour cream, cheeses and mayo. Put in baking dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly.
Serve with crackers
