cup unsalted butter
cup packed brown sugar
20 oz can pineapple slices(drained)
cup butter shortening
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Melt butter in 11 inch non-stick baking pan. Sprinkle brown sugar over butter and stir. Spread mixture evenly over bottom of skillet. Arrange pineapple slices on top of mixture. Place a cherry in the center of each pineapple slice. Beat remaining ingredients till well blended. Pour over pineapple in pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from oven an flip over onto cake plate.
