Ingredients

    cup almond milk or milk of your choice

  • 1/2 1/2

    banana, frozen

  • 1 cup 1

    cup mango, chopped

  • 1/2 cup 1/2

    cup fresh pineapple, chopped

    cups fresh spinach

Directions
