Rhubarb -Berry Jam

Just a recipe from the internet because I wanted to make some jam one year. This recipe is not quite complete. I will complete it will I find the 2nd page : )

Ingredients
- 3 lbs. rhubarb, trimmed and sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 C packed mixed berries, fresh or frozen
- 1 C water or apple juice
- 5 1/2 C sugar
- juice of one lemon
- pinch of salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large pot, mix the rhubarb, berries, and water or apple juice. Cook, covered, stirring frequently over moderate heat, until rhubarb is cooked through and thoroughly tender. it should take about 15 min. Put a small plate in freezer.
2. Add the sugar, lemon juice, and salt and coook, uncovered, skimming off and discarding any foam that rises to the surface, until the jam is thick and passes the wrinkle test.
