Pumpkin Muffins

Original recipe called for only the mix and the pumpkin. After reading the reviews I incorporated the water and applesauce.

Ingredients
- 1 box Carrot Cake Mix
- 1/4 cup Applesauce
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 can Pumpkin
- Mix in 1/2 cup raisins or chopped nuts if desired

Preparation
Step 1
Simply mix the pumpkin and the cake mix powder together, along with the applesauce and water. Drop by heaping tablespoons into greased muffin cups.
Bake at 350 18-22 minutes or until a knife comes out clean
A mini muffin pan will yield about 38 muffins.
Play around with adding cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and/or ginger. Pumpkin spice would incorporate all of those.
