  • 1 15 ounce can pumpkin
  • 1 small package fat free/sugar free pudding, vanilla or butterscotch
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 8 ounce container fat free cool whip



Step 1

With a mixer, combine the pudding and milk. Add the pumpkin and spice and mix well. Fold in the cool whip and chill.

East just like it is with a little cool whip on top. Or use as a dip for your favorite fruit.
