Garlic-Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients
- 2 pounds Asparagus, tough ends trimmed,rinsed and patted dry
- 3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic , minced
- 2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
In a large baking dish, toss asparagus with olive oil and garlic
Season with s & p and toss
Bake until asparagus are tender and lightly browned.
15-20 minutes depending on the thickness of the stalks, stirring twice.
Remove from oven and toss with lemon juice.
Serve warm or at room temperature
