Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 3 C frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 1/2 C lo cal zesty Italian dressing
- 2 T honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 tsp ground ginger (or 1 T fresh grated)
- 3 C hot cooked rice

Preparation
Step 1
- Cook chicken in large skillet with 2 tsp olive oil on medium high heat 5 min. stirring occasionally
- Add vegetables, dressing, honey, garlic, ginger
- Cook and stir and additional 5 min until chickn is cooked through and veggies are heated
- Serve with rice
