Sweet Chile Pineapple Fish

Ingredients
- 4 fillets of fish, Tilapia, Striped Bass, etc, Coat in olive oil
- 1/4 c + 2 tsp low sodium teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 8oz can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp pineapple preserves
- 3 tbsp Asian sweet chile sauce or SriRacha

Step 1
Pre-heat large sautee pan on medium high heat, 2-3 minutes. Add fish, cook 4 minutes, turn and cook 4 more minutes. Whisk together 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce, 1/4 cup crushed pineapple and water.
Pour sauce over fish, then cover and cook for 2 minutes. Stir pineapple preserves, chile sauce and 2 tsp teriyaki sauce. Spoon sauce over the fish, cover and turn heat off. Let fish stand 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions.
