Giant Kellogg's Raisin Bran Cookies
- 2 cups Raisin Bran (crushed)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup softened butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
Stir together crushed cereal, white and whole wheat flours, and baking soda.
In another large bowl beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well.
Add flour mixture and mix thoroughly.
Drop by level 1/4 cup measure onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake at 325 degrees for 12 - 14 minutes or until lightly browned.
