Creamy Potatoes and Kielbasa ***

  • 1 28oz package of hash browns
  • 1 lb. fully cooked kielbasa, cut into 1/4 inch slices
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup water
  • salt & pepper

In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
