Spinach Potato Soup

  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 can (15 oz)sliced potatoes, drained
  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen cream spinach, thawed
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4-3/4 tsp garlic salt



Step 1

Combine all ingredients in saucepan, bring to boil,reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Cool slightly, transfer mixture to blender, cover and blend until small pieces of potato remain.
