Ingredients
- 1 lb Cavatelli
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 lb Bacon/diced
- 2 ears corn/cut from cob
- 2 cloves garlic/sliced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes/cut in half
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- Parm/grated

Preparation
Step 1
Boil water for pasta. In a large saute pan add the olive oil, bacon and fry until crisp, about 3 minutes. Add the corn and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes and garlic and cook for 4 minutes.
Boil noodles.
Add cavatelli to pan and toss with parsley, butter a pinch of salt and pepper and serve. Garnish with parm.
