Recipe obtained when taking a cooking class at a local restaurant. Recipe downsized from restaurant size, so measurements may seem a bit odd.

Ingredients
- 1 c pumpkin puree
- 3/4 c light brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 2 T dark molasses
- 2 T Jim Bean
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1 t allspice
- 1/4 t ginger
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 t nutmeg
- Graham Crust
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients puree thru nutmeg. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 for 45-60 minutes.
