  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 cup whole kernal corn - drain (reserve some juice)
  • 1/2 c juice from corn
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 stick butter - melted



Step 1

Mix all ingredients together
Bake in greased pan at 350 for 30-40 minutes
Do not overbake - will be slightly loose and will thicken as it cools
