Cream Cheese Pineapple Dip

Ingredients

• 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
• 2 c crushed pineapple, drained with juice reserved
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, crushed pineapple, onion powder and garlic. Mix in reserved juice from pineapple as desired. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.

Serve with Ritz crackers and/or chips.
