C. self rising flour
C. chopped pecans
can crushed pineapple(flat can) or 1 cup - do not drain
t. coconut flavoring
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix oil and eggs, add sugar and beat well. Slowly add flour alternately with pineapple. Add coconut and pecans and beat well. Add flavorings and beat. Pour into bundt pan and bake for 1 hour. Glaze: 1 1/2 C. sugar 3/4 C. hot water 1 T. coconut flavoring Boil glaze 1 minute. When cake is done pour glaze over the cake while still in the pan and return to oven for 3 minutes. Let cake cool in the pan. Enjoy!
