Ingredients
- Crumb Topping:
- 3.5- 5 C. blueberries (if frozen, thaw, rinse, drain and dry
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 pie deep dish pie crust ( homemade or refrigerated pre-made)
- 1 C. sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 C. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 1/4 C. white and brown sugar
- 1/2 C. flour
- 1/4 C. butter
- sprinkle of cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle blueberries with lemon juice; set aside. In large bowl mix, flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Toss with blueberries. Pour into pie crust. Cut 2 Tbs. of butter into small pieces and dopple over fruit. In a medium bowl, mix together both sugars, , flour, and sprinkle of cinnamon. Cut up remaining butter into small pieces and with 2 forks or pastry blender, mix until it resembles small crumbs/chunks. Sprinkle over pie. Bake at 400 for 35 mins or until brown
