Macaroni & Dried Beef Casserole

  • 2 Cups Elbow Macaroni, uncooked
  • 1/4 lb. Chipped Dried Beef, shredded
  • 1/2 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Small Onion, chopped
  • 4 Hard-Boiled Eggs, chopped
  • 2 (10 oz,) Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Pint Milk



Step 1

Mix all ingredients and put into a casserole dish. Cover and put in refrigerator overnight. The next day bake covered at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from cover from casserole for the last 10 minutes of baking. Option: Cream of chicken or cream of celery may be used in place of mushroom soup.
