Ingredients
- BUTTER CRUNCH CRUST:
- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- FILLING:
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 (6-ounce) can frozen lemonade, thawed

Preparation
Step 1
1. For crust, mix ingredients with hands. Spread in a 9-by-13-inch pan and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven. Reserve 3/4 cup of the mixture. Press remaining mixture into 9-inch pie pan while still hot. Cool.
2. For filling, mix together ice cream and lemonade. Pour into prepared crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbles. Freeze.
