Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tp b. soda
  • 1/2 tp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 cups oats
  • 1 1/2 cups diced frozen rhubarb
  • 1 cup white chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 4 sq. white baking chocolate

Step 1


Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs and vanilla.
Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon., gradualy add to creamed mixture. Stir in oats, cranberries, rhubarb, and chips.
Drop by spoonfuls 2 in apart onto parchnent linned baking sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 mnutes or until set. Remove to wire rack.
In microwave safe bowl melt chocolate and stil until smooth. Drizzle over cookoes and let stand until set.
