Zucchini Cassarole

Ingredients

  • 6 cups diced zucchini
  • 1 can-cream of celery soup (or cream of mushroom)or (cream of chicken-mushroom soup)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2-3 oz of crushed stove top stuffing mix (1 box stove top stuffing mix)
  • Salt & pepper to taste.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the soup, sour cream, onions together. Then add the crushed stove top stuffing. Mix well. Add zucchini and mix.
Grease 9x13 pan with light coating of PAM.
Pour mixture into pan.
Top with the balance of stove top stuffing mix.

Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
