  • 2 large garden cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks (2 cups)
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 –2 Tbs. honey or agave nectar
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
