Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1 cup uncooked small pasta shells (4-ounces)
  • 1 medium 1 medium apple chopped (1 1/4 cups)
  • 1 medium 1 medium pear chopped (1 1/4 cups)
  • 4 medium 4 medium green onions (snip with sissor 1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 3 tablespoons 3 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1/4 teaspoon 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Rinse with cold water and drain.

In a large bowl mix pasta, apples, pear, onions, pecans and dried cranberries.

Mix mayonnaise or salad dressing with orange marmalade and salt. Stir into pasta mixture and mix well.

Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes until chilled. Serve and enjoy!
