Cranberry Orange Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 cup graham wafer crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 pkgs PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
- (Regular or Light), softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 3 eggs 3
- 3 Tbsp orange juice or liqueur
- 1 cup chopped cranberries ,fresh frozen
- 1 jar KRAFT orange Marmalade

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C).• In small bowl combine crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom of 9 inch (23 cm) spring form pan. In large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and cornstarch, until very smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating until just blended. Stir in 2 Tbsp (30 ml) orange juice and cranberries .• Pour mixture over crust. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until centre is set. Remove from oven and run knife around sides of pan to loosen. Cool at
room temperature.• GLAZE: In small, heavy saucepan, combine orange marmalade and 1Tbsp (15 ml) orange juice: bring to a boil over- medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Pour glaze Over cake, Makes 10 servings
