Apricot Glazed Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Glaze
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic – chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Marinate the meat with salt, pepper, garlic powder and oil. Set it aside for at least 30 minutes.
2. Combined the glaze ingredients and mix well.
3. Grill meat over hot fire until brown on all sides and internal temperature reaches 145 degree F. This will take about 15-17 minutes (depend on the size of the pork loin)
4. Brush the meat with plum glaze, cooks it for another minute. Transfer the meat to platter, cover it with foil and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into it. Serve meat with the remaining glaze.
