Ingredients

  • 1 small jiffy yellow cake mix ( or 1/2 regular yellow cake mix)
  • 1 largevanilla instant pudding mix.
  • 1 8oz. pkg. Cream Cheese
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 large can of crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 large cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

Use a 9x13 pan. Mix cake according to directions and bake. Cool completely. In a bowl mix pudding with 2 3/4 cups milk. Whip until smooth. In another bowl mix cream cheese and 1/4 cup milk. Beat until creamy. Blend cream cheese into pudding mixture. Spread pudding mixture over cake then spread pineapple over that. Top with cool whip.
