Pici with Summer Squashes and tarragon

Ingredients
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 squashes (zucchini) sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- salt and pepper
- 1 c dry white wine
- 1/3 c ouzo
- 3/4 c heavy cream
- 1 lb pici (long thin pasta)
- 1 c cooking water
- 1 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh tarragon

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta, meanwhile
Cook onion in 2 tbsp oil in skillet over medium heat, stirring, until soft, about 5 minutes. Add remaining tbsp oil, the squashes and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
Add wine and ouzo. Bring to a simmer. Cook for 2 minutes. Add cream; toss to coat. Add pasta, reserved cooking water and tarragon, gently toss.
