Ingredients

  • 1 angel food cake, cut into 1” pieces
  • 1 pkg. sugar free raspberry gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 16-oz. can sliced peaches in juice, drained
  • 3 cups fat free milk
  • 1 pkg. sugar free instant vanilla pudding
  • 8 oz. container Cool Whip
  • Planters Cocktail Peanuts (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange cubes in 9x13” pan. In small bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Pour over cake. Arrange peaches over gelatin. In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding for 2 minutes or until thickened. Spread over peaches. Top with Cool Whip. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Serves 15.
