Zucchini Parmigiana

  • 1 Small Zucchini
  • 1/2 Cup Marinara Sauce
  • 2 TBSP Mozzarella Cheese
  • Fresh Basil



Step 1

Cut zucchini into thin rounds and toss with marinara sauce.

Cover and microwave until zucchini is softened, about 2 minutes.

Top with cheese and place under broiler until melted and golden brown.

Garnish with basil.
