    t crushed anise seed

  • ¼

    t cayenne

  • ¼

    olive oil

    C julienned jicama

  • 4

    oz. pimentos

  • 3

    navel oranges, sectioned

  • 2

    T chopped cilantro

  • 2

    bunches watercress

  • Salt & pepper

Directions

Whisk together vinegar, orange juice, honey, anise seed & cayenne. Slowly whisk in olive oil til well blended. Season with salt & pepper In large bowl, mix jicama, pimentos, oranges, cilantro & watercress. Season with salt & pepper. Add dressing, tossing well. 98 Cal
